One guy really caught my eye - his technique, pitch, everything is clear. I then asked the locals how they got such skills, and they said that thanks to the IPL, coaches began to come to the region, to hold tournaments and selections. Earlier, there was nothing like that. So I wonder now - how much of an impact does IPL really have on the development of cricket in such far flung corners of the country?
